Datavant is seeking an experienced relationship professional to join our Strategic Engagement team in the health tech space. You will drive value realization, renewals, and lasting partnerships across a government-focused account portfolio.

In this fast-paced role, you will lead cross-functional programs, manage multiple partners, and align product strategies with customer objectives to accelerate impact and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer facing roles.
• 4+ years experience in the federal government or with government contractors and government adjacent organizations.
• Experience leading strategic programs and projects centered on client value.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement management and value management for up to 5 government accounts.
• Lead end-to-end value acceleration, engagement meetings, and reviews.
• Understand customer goals and align solutions to drive value.
• Manage complex programs with multiple partners and contractors.
• Drive product adoption and long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence strategy.
