Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer facing roles.
• 4+ years experience in the federal government or with government contractors and government adjacent organizations.
• Experienced strategic program and project manager focused on client value.
• Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Skilled at expanding relationships beyond direct contacts through rapport-building.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value customer accounts.
• Strategic thinker who connects cross-customer trends to shape value propositions.
• Effective and empathetic internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement management and value management for a dedicated account portfolio of up to 5 accounts in our government practice, with a focus on accelerating value.
• Develop deep understanding of government accounts and how data enables strategic objectives; propose support ideas.
• Lead with curiosity to understand customer goals and how our solutions support them.
• Excel in complex program management with multiple partners and contractors, balancing analysis with speed.
• Drive long-term customer value by boosting product adoption and satisfaction.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, seeking clarity and scalability for customers and the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to surface insights influencing product and sales strategies.
