Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer facing roles.
• 4+ years experience in the federal government or with government contractors and government adjacent organizations.
• Experienced strategic program and project manager focused on client value at the center.
• Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Skilled at expanding relationships beyond direct contacts through rapport-building.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value customer accounts.
• Strategic thinker who connects cross-customer trends to shape value propositions.
• Effective and empathetic internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement management and value management for a dedicated account portfolio of up to 5 government accounts, focusing on end-to-end value acceleration.
• Develop a deep understanding of government accounts and partners, using data to achieve strategic objectives and proposing ideas to support customer success.
• Lead with curiosity to understand customer goals and how Datavant solutions support them.
• Excel in complex program management with multiple partners and contractors, balancing analysis with speed to execution.
• Drive long-term customer value by boosting product adoption, satisfaction, and health.
• Thrive in fast-paced, continuous improvement environment, driving clarity and scalability.
• Work with cross-functional partners to surface insights that influence product and sales strategies.
• Take a self-service-first approach to problem solving and internal/external questions.
• Be a proven communicator and presenter, maintaining strong relationships.
