Job summary

Datavant is seeking an experienced relationship professional to join the Strategic Engagement team. The role focuses on government and public sector engagement, driving value realization, renewals, and post-sale activities to align Datavant solutions with customer objectives.

You will own engagement for up to five government accounts, partner with cross-functional teams, and influence product and sales strategies while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer facing roles.
• 4+ years experience in the federal government or with government contractors and government adjacent organizations.
• Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement management and value management for a portfolio of up to 5 government accounts.
• Develop understanding of government accounts and channel partners using data to drive strategic objectives.
• Lead with curiosity to understand customer goals and how Datavant solutions support them.
• Manage complex programs with multiple partners, balancing analysis and execution.
• Drive long-term customer value by boosting product adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product and sales strategies.
