• Proactively engage customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of Comcast products/services, pricing and selling skills to position Business Services.
• Initiate and deliver solutions across Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, SD-WAN and other Business Class products.
