Job summary

Comcast Business Services seeks an experienced strategist to manage an assigned portfolio of mid-market customers, driving revenue growth and retention through proactive account planning and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires leading solutions across Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products, with ongoing customer satisfaction as a priority for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in enterprise sales or account management.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
• Maintain regular account contact to align Comcast Business Services with assigned accounts.
• Initiate and deliver proposed solutions to meet customer needs (Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, or other Business Class products).
• Manage revenue, sales opportunities, quotas, funnels and forecasts with leadership.
