Job summary

Comcast is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with mid-market customers, driving account plans and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will renew contracts, identify incremental opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver value to clients across Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven success in enterprise or mid-market account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota by closing incremental revenue opportunities.
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
• Maintain regular account contact to align Comcast Business Services with assigned accounts.
• Position and sell Comcast Business Class services across multiple levels including C-level and Executive level personnel.
• Manage revenue, quotas, funnels and forecasts in line with regional goals and objectives.
