Job summary

Comcast is seeking a strategic account manager to drive a portfolio of existing mid-market customers, crafting account strategies, identifying incremental revenue opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of mid-market account management and sales experience.
• Proven ability to renew contracts and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through incremental opportunities.
• Renew contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
• Maintain regular account contact; align Comcast Business Services with accounts.
• Propose solutions for Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products.
• Escalation point for customer issues; collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations.
