Comcast is seeking a strategic account manager to oversee a portfolio of mid-market enterprise customers in Illinois. You will develop and manage account strategies, identify incremental revenue opportunities, and drive renewal of contracts to protect and grow revenue.

You will lead customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and present solutions across Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, SD-WAN, and other Business Class products to meet the needs of assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Comcast may consider coursework/experience combinations or extensive related experience.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
• Proactively engage customers to understand changing business needs and identify upselling opportunities.
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
• Maintain knowledge of Comcast products/services, pricing practices and selling skills to align offerings with assigned accounts.
• Initiate and deliver proposed solutions across Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, SD-WAN and other Business Class products.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
• Manage sales and services for local and regional Enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to develop account plans to meet needs.
