• Maintain knowledge of Comcast products/services, pricing, and selling skills for effective positioning.
• Propose solutions across Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, Active Core, SD-WAN, Manager Router and other Business Class products.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as primary escalation point for issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer needs.
• Manage sales and services to local and regional Enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations leadership to develop account plans.
