Comcast is seeking a strategic account manager to lead a portfolio of mid‑market customers, developing and executing account strategies to identify incremental revenue opportunities and retain embedded base services.

You will manage overall customer relationships, deliver on revenue and retention objectives, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to position Comcast Business Class solutions across multiple organizational levels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in enterprise or mid‑market sales.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of renewing contracts and growing revenue.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by closing incremental opportunities.
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow revenue streams.
• Maintain regular contact to align Comcast Business Services with accounts.
• Deliver proposed solutions for Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to develop account plans.
