This remote role leads a strategic $100M ARR partnership with 30% annual growth, reporting to executive stakeholders and coordinating across product, engineering, legal, and finance to accelerate partner growth.

• Fluency in payment economics and the global acquiring landscape.
• Ability to drive multi-year joint business planning and execution.
• Strong cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, legal, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a $100M ARR strategic partnership with 30% YoY growth.
• Develop multi-year strategic partnership plans aligning WooCommerce roadmaps with partner objectives.
• Identify expansion opportunities across geographies and product lines.
• Define and track commercial KPIs and milestones.
• Build trusted relationships across all partner levels and conduct QBRs.
• Lead multi-year joint business plan and secure resources.
• Translate payment capabilities gaps into partnership priorities.
• Maintain robust reporting and scalable processes.
