JAS Worldwide is seeking a Business Development Manager to increase gross profit and market share while building ongoing relationships with new and existing customers across the assigned territory. The role requires travel to meet regular and prospective customers and to develop pricing strategies.

You will maintain in-depth knowledge of services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to sales plans and reported activity; prior freight forwarding experience strongly preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of business development experience in international freight forwarding and logistics.
• Experience with CRM and CMS tools preferred.
• Deep knowledge of freight forwarding (air/ocean/imports/exports) and customs operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales strategies to increase customer base in SILVER/GOLD/PLATINUM segments.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of services offered by the company.
• Travel within assigned territory to meet regular and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships; provide pricing and prepare sales contracts.
• Provide activity reports and sales plans for the territory.
• Participate in aggressive sales and skills training; adhere to Sales Policy.
