Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in international freight forwarding and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and consultative selling.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding (air/ocean/imports/exports/customs brokerage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM and CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase market share and grow SILVER/GOLD/PLATINUM customer base.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
• Provide pricing, credit terms, and sales contracts for orders.
• Prepare activity reports and sales plans for the territory.
• Participate in sales training and adhere to policy requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
