• 5+ years of business development in international freight/logistics.
• Experience with CMS and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of air/ocean/imports/exports/customs brokerage operations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking.
• Willing to travel frequently in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to grow SILVER/GOLD/PLATINUM customer base.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Travel within assigned territory to meet customers.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Provide pricing, terms, and sales contracts.
• Prepare activity reports and sales plans.
• Participate in sales training and adhere to policy.
