Job summary

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. seeks a senior Logistics Manager to lead the logistics team, design and implement infrastructure, and drive process improvements across global markets.

You will develop SOPs, manage the end-to-end order cycle and control costs while ensuring timely delivery and service quality. Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in logistics operations, at least 5 years in supervisory roles, and strong program management, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain and logistics required.
• 15 years’ experience in logistics operations; at least 5 years in supervision.
• Familiar with logistics processes and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the logistics team to meet targets.
• Liaise with parties to set up logistics infrastructure in new markets.
• Develop and manage infrastructure, procedures, and systems for new markets.
• Design SOPs for new projects and ensure compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end order cycle to support business growth.
• Set up and refine daily logistics operations and procedures.
• Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and costs.
• Establish and expand the e-Commerce center and logistics development.
