You will develop sales strategies, provide pricing and terms, coordinate sales contracts, and travel frequently to meet clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM/CMS proficiency are essential; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience, ideally within international freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding industry and local market.
• Experience with CRM and CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Increase gross profit and market share while developing relationships with customers.
• Provide pricing, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Provide activity reports and sales plans for the assigned territory.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with regular and prospective customers.
• Adhere to sales policies and participate in ongoing training.
