Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking an Account Manager, North American & International, to manage day-to-day client relationships and coordinate global account activities from our Richmond, VA base.

You will work with North American Operations and Sales, onboard new clients, monitor KPIs, and drive service quality while collaborating across teams to deliver value and growth for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years industry experience preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and global managers.
• Coordinate support for clients and onboarding of new accounts.
• Ensure high level of service, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Develop SOPs and processes to improve customer relations.
• Monitor KPIs and report on client performance.
