Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking an Account Manager, North American & International to manage ongoing client relationships, resolve issues, and coordinate with North American Operations and Sales. You will onboard new clients, develop SOPs, and monitor KPIs to ensure superior service and value creation across regions.

The role requires strong communication, detailed reporting, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.
• Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with managers or directors and explaining concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day relationship with Clients and Global Managers.
• Establish and maintain positive client relations while resolving issues.
• Collaborate with North American Operations and Sales; support client onboarding.
• Develop SOPs/IHPs and gather information; ensure KPIs are met.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and administration to meet client needs.
