Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Account Support in Richmond, VA. You will co-manage enterprise accounts, collaborate with sales, operations, and IT, and ensure high-quality client service and onboarding for new clients.

The role emphasizes building and maintaining relationships, coordinating cross-functional support, and delivering data-driven insights to improve account performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• 1–2 years in transportation preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate and facilitate support for clients and onboarding of new accounts.
• Assist in developing client strategies and reporting on client relationships.
• Support bid, pricing, and contract processes for assigned accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and client SLAs and communicate performance and issues.
