Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking an Account Manager, North American & International, to manage day-to-day client relationships and onboarding across a global network. This remote role supports North American and international accounts with a focus on service quality, pricing insights, and strategic client engagement.

You will collaborate with North American Operations, Sales, and internal SMEs to deliver value, monitor KPIs, and drive client satisfaction while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
