Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience leading diverse teams.
• Proven P&L management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Track record in B2C sales within home services.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and quality control.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Strong customer relationship and escalation handling skills.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing staff.
• Ability to manage through change and growth.
