You will grow revenue, maintain exceptional customer relationships, and lead a team of managers and staff with a strong emphasis on training, safety, and performance. The role offers autonomy with strong corporate support.

Qualifications

• 5 years of managerial experience leading diverse teams.
• 3+ years managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proven B2C sales leadership in home services.
• Experience overseeing day-to-day operations and service delivery.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Proven change management capability.

Responsibilities
