• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Strong supervision, communication, and math skills
• Proven ability to manage operations and improve efficiency

• Must have valid driver's license (3+ years driving) and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and customer satisfaction by growing revenue while delivering excellent service.
• Evaluate and schedule service work to maximize manpower utilization and efficiency.
• Develop and oversee departmental budgets to meet financial targets.
• Oversee materials and equipment orders to ensure availability for jobs.
• Schedule timely repairs and maintenance for parts to reduce delays and keep operations smooth.
• Engage in research and contribute to departmental marketing strategies.
• Generate and review performance reports to monitor operations.
