Job summary
Service Experts seeks a General Manager to lead revenue growth and profitability across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. You will oversee sales operations, execute sales strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives while upholding ethics and financial stewardship.
In this role you will shape our sales culture, expand market share, and drive performance through coaching, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration with field operations, finance, and marketing to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of progressive sales leadership in home services.
- Proven revenue, margin and P&L accountability.
- Strong financial acumen in forecasting, pricing, budgeting.
- CRM and BI tool experience with ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for top-line growth.
- Own sales performance: revenue forecasting, pricing, margins.
- Set targets and KPIs to drive accountability and productivity.
- Monitor P&L statements and pricing models.
- Lead coaching and field support to build high-performance sales culture.
- Coordinate with field ops, finance, marketing on CX and ROI.
- Promote CRM adoption and data-driven decision making.
- Ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.
