Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a General Manager to lead revenue growth across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. This senior leader will own sales operations, drive pricing strategy, manage P&L, and ensure compliant, profitable growth through coaching and field support.

You will partner with field operations, finance, and marketing to optimize customer experience, sales productivity, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in HVAC, home services, or consumer-focused field services.
• Proven success managing sales operations with full accountability for revenue, margins, and P&L.
• Advanced financial acumen with experience in forecasting, pricing, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies across service lines.
• Own sales performance: revenue forecasting, pipeline health, pricing, and margins.
• Set targets and KPIs to drive accountability and productivity.
• Analyze P&L and margin trends to influence pricing models and cost controls.
