The role requires 3-5 years leading sales teams, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to manage complex training and scheduling. This full-time on-site position supports a growing, customer-focused organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team or in sales leadership roles.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Skilled in leading change management initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive with a drive for results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver’s license with three years of driving experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals.
• Oversee multi-trade sales across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades.
• Review dispatch and coordinate with dispatch and managers to allocate resources.
• Manage training programs with hands-on sessions and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop strategies and grow market share.
• Be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team and align with the Southern Model.
