Job summary

Southern Home Services seeks a General Manager to lead our high-volume HVAC, plumbing and electrical services nationwide. The role oversees sales, operations and profit/loss with autonomy and strong support to succeed in a fast-paced home services environment.

You will build customer relationships, hire and train staff, and foster a positive, high-performance culture while driving strategic growth and operational excellence across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience leading and managing diverse teams.
• Proven track record managing Profit & Loss with budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in home services sales to drive revenue and targets.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations: service delivery, customer satisfaction, quality control.
• Ability to implement strategic plans to grow the business and adapt to changes.
• Strong customer relationship skills and issue resolution.

• Create and communicate the company's mission and strategic direction.
• Lead managers across organizational layers to achieve objectives.
• Formulate and implement the strategic plan with cross-functional collaboration.
