Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will supervise crews, manage budgets, coordinate materials and scheduling, and collaborate with leadership to grow the business while maintaining safety and quality standards across residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, gas piping, electricity, plumbing, and airflow.
• Strong supervision, communication, and math skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee departmental budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Evaluate and schedule service work to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee ordering and allocation of materials and equipment for scheduled jobs.
• Coordinate dispatch and ensure the correct technician is assigned to each service request.
• Address customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback to staff.
