Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect for the MEGS/Games sector with deep technical and customer‑facing expertise. You will drive strategic industry solutions, work with partners, and evangelize proven approaches to accelerate cloud adoption for games customers.

You will partner with ecosystem members across sales, engineering, and services to shape go‑to‑market programs and influence outcomes for studios, publishers, and platform providers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
• 6+ years experience working directly with Games industry customers on cloud and AI adoption, with demonstrated understanding of commercial game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) and game development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners and customers to develop top of funnel sales opportunities with Games industry customers.
• Partner with Account SAs, Sales, Business Development and service development teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner solutions through enablement, technical architecture, customer workshops.
• Evangelize partners’ value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers
• Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud platform for financial services solutions and services.
• Work alongside the AWS Partner Development Specialists to develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organizations and become their trusted advisor
• Provide the architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote successful engagements with partners globally
• Assist solution providers with the definition of technical strategies that will enable them to sell more of their offering on the AWS platform
• Capture and share best‑practice knowledge with our broader Solution Architect community
• Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS
