Job summary

AWS is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect for the MEGS/Games sector to shape industry solutions across the AWS Partner Network. You will collaborate with partners and customers to drive cloud adoption, including game engines, LiveOps, AI/ML, and game server migrations.

You will influence strategy, publish repeatable solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to sales teams and customers with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
• 6+ years experience working directly with Games industry customers on cloud and AI adoption, with demonstrated understanding of commercial game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) and game development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners and customers to develop top of funnel sales opportunities with Games industry customers.
• Partner with Account SAs, Sales, Business Development and service development teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner solutions through enablement, technical architecture, customer workshops.
• Evangelize partners’ value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers.
• Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud platform for financial services solutions and services.
• Work alongside the AWS Partner Development Specialists to develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organizations and become their trusted advisor.
• Provide the architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote successful engagements with partners globally.
• Assist solution providers with the definition of technical strategies that will enable them to sell more of their offering on the AWS platform.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge with our broader Solution Architect community.
• Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS.
