Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect (MEGS) in the Games arena, based in Austin, TX. You will shape industry solutions across the AWS Partner Network and work with partners to drive cloud adoption for game development and live operations.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of game engines, real-time multiplayer, LiveOps, and cloud deployment, plus strong engagement with sales teams and customers to deliver repeatable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, cloud, or related technology domains.
• 6+ years in IT development or implementation/consulting in software/Internet industries.
• 6+ years experience with Games industry customers on cloud and AI adoption; familiarity with major game engines.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners and customers to develop top of funnel sales opportunities with Games industry customers.
• Partner with Account SAs, Sales, Business Development and service development teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner solutions through enablement, technical architecture, customer workshops.
• Evangelize partners’ value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers.
• Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud platform for financial services solutions and services.
• Work alongside the AWS Partner Development Specialists to develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organizations and become their trusted advisor.
• Provide the architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote successful engagements with partners globally.
• Assist solution providers with the definition of technical strategies that will enable them to sell more of their offering on the AWS platform.
• Capture and share best‑practice knowledge with our broader Solution Architect community.
• Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS.
