Job summary

Encore is seeking a Recruiter to lead high‑volume, full lifecycle recruitment for non-exempt roles across assigned territories. You will own openings, build a robust talent pipeline in the ATS, and advise HR teams and hiring managers on sourcing strategies.

You will conduct competency interviews, coordinate with regional leaders, and ensure timely hiring decisions. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree (preferably HR, Communications or Business Related).
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in full cycle recruiting in a services or related industry.
• Effective comprehension, listening, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention‑to‑detail with ability to multi‑task while maintaining commitment to quality.
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, and selection of exempt and non‑exempt candidates
• Demonstrated excellent customer relationship management skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet based software systems.
• Team player with ability to work well independently and interface with diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing and selecting non-exempt internal and external candidates for current and future openings.
• Engage with regional hiring managers to understand location and market requirements.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans for positions and territories using available tools.
• Conduct competency-based telephone interviews with candidates prior to presenting qualified applicants.
• Follow up with hiring managers regarding candidate status and provide feedback.
• Facilitate the interview and screening process to move requisitions to a close.
• Participate in workforce planning meetings to identify needs and pipeline strategies.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS with notes and contact information.
• Represent Encore in candidate communications and social media channels.
