Job summary

Encore in Orlando is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead high-volume, full life cycle hiring for non-exempt roles across assigned territories. You will own current and upcoming openings, build a robust talent pipeline, and guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process.

You will utilize the ATS to track candidates and partner with HR/Talent Acquisition teams, implementing strategic sourcing, including AIRS techniques and social channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, or business.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions.
• Proficient in sourcing and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates for openings.
• Coordinate with regional managers to capture market needs.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans and pipeline.
• Conduct competency-based telephone interviews.
• Facilitate interview process to close requisitions.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS with notes.
• Generate offer letters and manage pre-employment steps.
• Support HR and TA teams with workforce planning.
