Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and select non-exempt and exempt candidates for current and future openings.
• Engage with regional hiring managers to understand location and market requirements.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans using tools and AIRS techniques and social networks.
• Conduct competency-based phone interviews and present pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
• Follow up with hiring managers on candidate status and feedback.
