Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to lead high-volume, full life cycle recruiting for non-exempt roles within assigned territories. You will build talent pipelines, manage requisitions in the ATS, and partner with HR, Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to forecast hiring needs.

In this role you will source candidates through proactive strategies, coordinate interviews, communicate progress, and ensure timely placement while upholding Encore's standards and compliance

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in HR, Communications or Business related.
• Minimum 2 years full cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to source, recruit and select exempt and non-exempt candidates.
• Excellent CRM/relationship management with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview and place non-exempt internal and external candidates.
• Engage regional hiring managers to define location and market needs.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans using available tools and AIRS techniques.
• Conduct competency-based telephone interviews and pre-screen applicants.
• Coordinate feedback and move requisitions to close.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS with notes and progress.
