Job summary

UES is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across assigned business units. The role collaborates with local HR teams, hiring managers, and the enterprise TA CoE to ensure effective, compliant recruitment and a strong candidate experience.

The Recruiter will build pipelines, source across multiple channels, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain ATS data while upholding state and federal hiring laws. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR support experience.
• Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and MS Office/Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of employment law and recruiting compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting partners and hiring managers to define role requirements and profiles.
• Build pipelines of qualified candidates across functions and geographies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Post and manage job ads per internal processes and compliance.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews.
• Provide timely feedback loops to hiring managers and ensure candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure compliance in documentation.
• Adhere to state and federal hiring laws and internal policies.
