Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in HR, communications or business.
• Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, listening and written skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and selecting exempt and non-exempt candidates.
• CRM and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and select non-exempt candidates for openings.
• Coordinate with regional hiring managers to define location and market requirements.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans using AIRS and social media.
• Conduct competency-based telephone interviews and pre-screen candidates.
• Maintain candidate status and notes in the ATS; manage communications.
• Support talent acquisition team and assist with requisitions and onboarding.
