• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and Lean to boost efficiency.
• Oversees performance of Inbound or Outbound operations, including safety, quality and customer experience.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measures performance.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources.
