You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT, owning safety and quality metrics and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across inbound and outbound flows at the Fulfillment Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Experience leading large operations teams is a plus.
