Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field
• MBA preferred
• Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
• Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation

Responsibilities

• Drives quality, Lean and process change initiatives to meet the business plan.
• Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Sets requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and accountability.
• Leverages managers to source ideas and roll them into improvement plans for the function.
• Shares best practices across departments, shifts and the network.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources.
