Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in logistics, transportation brokerage, or related field; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with transportation management systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops customer relationships via phone, email, and in person.
• Negotiates rates and services with carriers.
• Identifies growth opportunities within house accounts.
• Researches new customer leads and opportunities.
• Provides pricing guidance and assists Carrier Sales.
• Monitors shipment tracking and updates customers.
• Prepares spend reports and conducts regular check-ins.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
