Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains customer relationships via phone, email, and in person.
• Negotiate rates and services with transportation carriers and providers.
• Identify growth opportunities within the branch's house accounts.
• Generate new customer leads and opportunities.
• Assess customer requests to provide optimal service and pricing.
• Proactively handle customer shipment requests and track progress.
