Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in logistics, transportation brokerage, or related field.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages customer relationships via phone, email, and in person.
• Negotiate with carriers to obtain rates and services.
• Identify growth opportunities within house accounts and new leads.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Carrier Sales team to ensure service quality.
