Job summary

CVS Health, a leading health services company, seeks an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will guide forecasting, budgeting, rebates analytics, and leadership of analysts to deliver accurate reporting.

You will drive data transformation using cloud-based tools, automate pipelines, and enhance governance to support strategic decisions and enterprise performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, analytics, BI, or related experience.
• 3+ years SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• 3+ years Excel and financial modeling for forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience leading analytics or finance teams and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience implementing data quality controls and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, budget, accrue, and analyze variances for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering/Tech to design scalable GC-based data solutions.
• Develop automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliations.
• Define data requirements, business rules, and governance standards.
• Use SQL, Python, and cloud tools to transform and analyze data.
• Support reporting with Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
