Job summary

CVS Health in Connecticut is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will lead forecasts, budgets, accruals, and rebate analytics, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to deliver accurate reporting and informed business decisions.

You will champion data transformation on Google Cloud, build automated pipelines, and support enterprise reporting with Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• ~3+ years of SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• ~3+ years Excel and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in preparing accurate and timely forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analyses for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design scalable financial data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, business rules, and governance standards for rebates.
• Transform, validate, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python; support planning activities.
• Support development of enterprise reporting through Power BI, BigQuery, Dataiku.
