CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology.

Lead a small team and drive automation, data governance, and scalable financial data solutions on cloud platforms. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, accruals and variance analyses, transforming large datasets with SQL/Python and delivering

Formación

• 5+ years experience in FP&A, financial analytics, or related field
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with data quality controls, reconciliation, and governance standards
• Experience with cloud-based analytics environments (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and GCP BigQuery
• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Lead forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Tech to design scalable data solutions on Google Cloud
• Develop automated data pipelines and reconciliation processes for data quality
• Define data requirements and governance standards with cross-functional teams
• Transform and analyze large datasets to support financial planning
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization with Power BI/BigQuery/Dataiku
