EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director to transform financial and operational insights. You will partner with Finance, leaders, data architects and engineering teams to build data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making and drive value.

With Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and AI platforms, you will shape analytics strategies, deliver scalable data solutions and lead innovations across enterprise planning and performance management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in data engineering, analytics or BI roles.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and measurable value.
• Lead discussions to define priorities and align delivery with objectives.
• Oversee data pipelines for extraction, transformation and integration from multiple sources.
• Promote adoption of analytics, AI and modern data practices across the organization.
