Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director in the United States to transform how financial and operational insights are delivered. You will partner with Finance, business leaders, and engineering teams to develop data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions that drive performance and measurable value.

You will lead evolution of modern FP&A analytics capabilities using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and AI platforms, shaping analytics strategies and scalable data solutions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IS, CS or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI or related.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise data, analytics initiatives.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and ETL knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand challenges and design data-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver analytics that provide actionable insights and business value.
• Serve as SME for products/platforms, guiding both business and tech teams.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to define priorities and align with objectives.
• Oversee data pipelines extraction, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineering to build scalable data architectures.
• Optimize data platforms for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Present recommendations, roadmaps, and strategic insights to leaders.
• Coordinate with offshore resources to support delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Promote analytics, AI, and modern data practices across the organization.
