Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director to transform how financial and operational insights are delivered. You will partner with Finance, leaders and data teams to develop data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making and drive business value.

You will lead evolution of analytics capabilities using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and AI platforms to deliver timely, accurate insights and strategic decision support across enterprise planning and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
5-7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI or related disciplines.
Experience with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric for analytics solutions.
Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, SQL and data production support.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
Design and deliver analytics that provide actionable insights and measurable value.
Lead or support enterprise data and analytics initiatives across teams.
Manage data pipelines, data architecture, and scalable data platforms.
